• Guests should plan to eat shortly after delivery—no reheating or holding equipment provided.

• Includes minimal setup; staff will not remain on-site.

• Great for office lunches, casual family gatherings, or budget-friendly events.

🚚 Drop-Off Service – 10% Service Fee

• We prepare your food and deliver it hot and ready to serve.

• All food is packed in disposable pans with serving utensils.

• Includes Sternos, wire racks, and other essential disposable heating setup equipment.

• Requires all disposables to be used (plates, napkins, utensils must be disposable).

• No staff remain on-site after setup.

• Perfect for casual parties, office events, or smaller gatherings.

🍽️ Buffet Setup – 20% Service Fee

• We arrive early to set up a professional buffet line using our equipment.

• Includes chafing dishes, serving utensils, and all food arranged and ready for self-service.

• We return after the event to clean up and retrieve equipment.

• We do not offer table service or bussing—guests will serve themselves from the buffet line.

• Ideal for weddings, celebrations, and more formal events.
